DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

We sell gift vouchers online and these are available online in either £5, £10 or £20 denominations.  Each voucher will be valid for 1 year from date of purchase and will have the start date recorded on the voucher. In exceptional circumstances we may extend this period.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards or if you prefer you can check out using Paypal.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, its best to contact us as soon as possible. For this we recommend emailing us on hello@homeandgifthub.co.uk 

I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY; CAN I ORDER FROM the Home and Gift Hub?

Yes, we are happy to post to other countries. However the postal charge will be calculated at an increased rate depending on your location. Please contact us for details on hello@homeandgifthub.co.uk.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

You can go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Rest Password’. It will take just a couple of minutes to reset your password, and you’ll be ready to start shopping again.
